Welcome to Year 8. Here you will find information about our Year 8 cohort as well as programmes for sports and ongoing extra-curricular activities.
As established learners in our school environment we continue to encourage all students to demonstrate and embed our school values of ‘Respect, Responsibility and Honesty’ throughout their daily lives. This incorporates the ‘Darrick Wood Way’ in which is at the heart of all we do to ensure our students develop into successful young people.
Year 8 is a time to embrace all of the opportunities available to your through your learning journey, both inside and outside of the classroom environment. There is a wealth of extra-curricular clubs and trips opportunities available to all students.
