Whether you are a trainee, early career teacher, a more established teacher, leader or a prospective associate staff member, Darrick Wood will provide the ideal environment for you to develop as a professional.  Our core values of respect, responsibility and honesty combine with our ethos of high expectations and clear established systems to provide an environment that encouraged all educational professionals to develop, grow and make a difference. All teachers receive a laptop and our classrooms are very well resourced.  All staff receive free access to our Sports Centre which is open until 10pm daily. All staff are also able to benefit from our employee assistance programme.
